Blessing the Widows and Children in India
For Christians in India, Christmas is a very special holiday. Getting new clothing is important to the widows and children. We would love to bless Ravi & Julie’s children with a new outfit and shoes for Christmas and provide a new sari for the widows that they have been working with. We also have 5 student centers that have 20 children each involved in our Kingdom Kids after-school program that we will be collecting money to give them each a new Christmas backpack filled with needed items.
This would be a great church project if someone wants to take it on and have it be a Christmas outreach program. The cost for a new sari will be around $10 US dollars for each widow and the new outfit and/or backpack for the children will be $20 each. Our goal is to bless 100 widows and 120 children for a total of $3400.
