More than 6.7 million abortions are estimated to occur annually in India. Across the country, nearly 540 out of 100,000 live births result annually in the mother’s death. In the villages, many of the pregnant woman are not able to receive medical care, either because they are poor or because they live very far from hospitals and clinics.
As a result, in most cases, if there are any complications, there is little or noting that can be done. God has been stirring in us a long-term vision to establish a women’s maternity hospital, specifically for women of the villages.
Our goal is to offer an environment of excellence in all areas to the poor and to the least by providing both the mother and the baby with medical care and embracing them with the love of Christ. We believe Jesus’s heart is to offer this care for free and, in so doing, extending His hand of salvation. Would you join us as we pursue His heart for this vision?
